The **Central Administration Team** within **Partner Customer Delivery** are looking for a **Resource Management Coordinator** to join us; as part of the centre of excellence for contracting and managing all the administration tasks associated with onboarding and ongoing contractor compliance.

**Please note this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract**
- Fixed term 37 hours per week
- Working from Home
- Monday - Friday

As a **Resource Management Coordinator** with **PCD**, you will find a variety of different tasks to complete daily. These will include, but are not limited to:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate all the administration tasks associated with the recruitment and onboarding of contractors in UKFO
- Owns the e2e process from requisition creation, equipment ordering and contractor compliance
- accountable for Direct Labour compliance for PH Jones (CAT 2 and Social Housing)
- Carry out all necessary activities and support in ensuring that all BG contractors and service partners, both Cat1 and Cat2 are fully compliant with BG standards and approval
- Seek ways to improve the e2e process to deliver both cost and time reductions.
- Have full ownership for the completion of all administration task within your region for new and existing contractors
- Share best practice and liaise with internal stakeholders in similar roles throughout organisation

**The Person**
- A self -starter who can work effectively on own initiative or part of a team.
- Able to manage workload with mínimal supervision and work to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to form strong working relationships both internally and with external clients and business partners
- Ability to communicate well with all key stakeholders
- Manage own time efficiently and have the ability to prioritise deliverables and plan accordingly
