**Onboarding and Application Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining accurate accounts and folders for each client.
- Ensuring client accounts held on our crm system are in adherence with compliance, whilst making sure that file statuses are applied correctly.
- Taking and making calls, using our phone system from clients, lenders and solicitors
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant operational systems and policies and procedures.
- Ensure all communication is handled in an efficient and professional manner.
- Liaise with the Director to ensure a full exchange of any issues and or queries.
- Follow all policies and procedures outlined by the director.
- Any other duties assigned by the director.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to summarize and record notes in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience in a similar admin role is an asset but is not a requirement.

**Hours of Work**:

- 16 hours per week,
- 9.00am-1.00pm Monday to Thursday

**Place of Work**:

- Hybrid
- Old Windsor/ Home Working

**Holidays**:

- 22.5 days paid leave per annum
- Including Paid leave for UK Bank holidays
- + up to 2 weeks unpaid leave during summer holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Windsor
