Accounts Assistant

Part Time 30 hours per week.

Salary £24,500 to £26,000 pro rata

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be joining our growing team at a very exciting time.

The main duties will be.

Checking off our car rental provider invoices, investigating and resolving any differences.

Good communications skills will be required to liaise with our rental providers across the world.

Running reports to reconcile daily takings, in multiple currencies.

Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month end duties.

Other administrative tasks such as scanning documents, filing etc..

Excellent excel skills are a must, together with an accounts background.

Knowledge of Sage 50

Strong communications skills and attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
