**Full training will be provided in our Academy in Stockton initially before your permanent role in our Newcastle office.**

You’ll be involved in the **general running of our Newcastle branch**, supporting a maximum of two Financial Planners.

**The opportunity includes**:
- **Full training** provided
- **Meeting and greeting clients**:
- You’ll need to be flexible on working times as there’ll be varying opening times
- **Preparing files** before meetings and proactively being part of the handover after meetings
- **Updating client documents** and sending client and provider correspondence
- Opening and closing the branch
- Maintaining and managing office facilities
- Maintaining health and safety
- Managing stationery and stock levels
