**Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end coordination of all service jobs, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and track service job progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Provide support and cover for similar roles during holidays and absences, ensuring continued service delivery across the team.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to plan and schedule work through the in-house workshop.
- Allocate resources, monitor job progress, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Keep clients informed by providing regular updates on their orders and service status.
- Coordinate the selection and briefing of Site Engineers, ensuring the provision of necessary RAMS and equipment.
- Prepare and deliver quotes for service and site work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and maintain accurate client order acknowledgments and job details in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Obtain supplier quotes, purchase materials, and manage subcontracted services related to service jobs.
- Track and maintain relevant KPIs to monitor performance and service quality.
- Maintain cost estimates for service work and ensure financial accuracy.
- Develop work instructions for the workshop to ensure clear guidance for job completion.
- Regularly update the WIP (Work in Progress) report to reflect job status and progress.
- Handle the invoicing of completed work and ensure all necessary client documentation, including test certificates, is provided.
- Uphold health and safety practices in all aspects of service and site work.
- Participate in daily communication cells and present relevant KPIs and updates to the team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of technical processes and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple service jobs effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, maintaining professional relationships at all times.
- Previous experience in a coordination or service-based role is preferred.
