French speaking Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

**Salary**: up to £27,500 depending on experience

Ref: 4202SF

Main duties: Providing first class customer service to clients as well supporting and coordinating sales and hire services.

The role:

- To process orders and handle all admin accordingly while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Data base maintenance and stock availability
- Equipment hire control and all coordination thereof
- Be responsible for dispatch and shipping
- Admin as required
- Coordination within internal departments
- Fluent in French essential
- Experience in customer service or sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate

Pay: Up to £27,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
