Due to our continued growth and success Reeves Group and are now recruiting a New Client Coordinator. We are seeking a confident and personable individual to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression of our business by engaging with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services. The New Client Coordinator will be responsible for making outbound calls, building rapport with clients, and scheduling appointments with our triage team.
We require someone with a client focused mindset and a passion to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

**Job Role**
- Contact prospective clients who have shown interest in our pension, investment, and retirement planning services, ensuring they receive a professional and welcoming experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a warm and engaging approach that fosters trust and confidence in our services.
- Provide a professional and friendly first point of contact, ensuring clients feel valued and well-informed about the next steps in their financial planning journey.
- Schedule appointments with our Triage Team, coordinating diaries efficiently to ensure a smooth and seamless process for both clients and advisers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company’s CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, address any initial queries, and reinforce the value of our services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client handovers and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements to uphold industry standards and maintain client trust.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or telephone-based role is essential.
- Excellent phone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and overcoming objections professionally.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and maintain attention to detail.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a client-focused approach.
- Knowledge of financial services, pensions, or investment products is an advantage but not required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,400.00 per year
