**Office Assistant / Finance Administrator**
Ultim8 Construction are looking to take on a full time Office Assistant / Finance Administrator to carry out several duties based out of their Honiton offices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Entering supplier invoices and managing supplier accounts
- Entering sales invoices and managing customer accounts
- Administrative duties - filing and organising supplier / customer invoices, archiving information
- Provide support in the production of accounting records - VAT reports, Profit and Loss Accounts, Customer Accounts
- Provide support in project finances - Updating contract costs and sales
- Track stocks of office supplies and consumables and restock when required
- Provide support in the production of Health and Safety documents and records
- Preparation of standard forms and documents
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary, including procurement of construction materials
**Skills Required**:
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, including telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and computer skills. (Any specialist software will be taught).
- Able to work well as a member of a team and individually.
- You must be self-motivated, able to work on your own for long periods and prioritise your workload
- Good work ethic and willing to learn.
**Qualifications**
- Grade 4 GCSE Maths (minimum)
- Grade 4 GCSE English (minimum)
- Business Studies (not required, but may be useful)
- Salary: _Dependent on experience / qualifications
- Location: _ Honiton, Devon
- Working Hours: _09:00hrs - 17:00hrs, Monday - Friday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Honiton EX14 1EU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
