**JOB TITLE**: Accounts Administrator
**LOCATION**: Honiton, Devon
**SALARY**: £20,800 - £22,880 PA DOE
**HOURS**: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
**BENEFITS**: Statutory pension, holiday that increases with length of service, free parking onsite, small and friendly working environment.
**THE COMPANY**: A longstanding service provider with excellent reputation that strives on delivering an outstanding and efficient service to their clients. The office based in Honiton comprises of a small team looking for a keen and energisedindividual to grow and develop the role within the business.
**THE ROLE**: To provide assistance to the Office Manager with day to day operations within the office.
**KEY DUTIES**:
- Purchase Ledger.
- Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes.
- Reconciling invoices with monthly supplier statement ready for payment and resolve any unidentified items.
- Liaising with suppliers for missing invoices and statements.
- Sales Ledger.
- Allocating payments/receipts and reconciling bank statements.
- Generating and issuing Invoices to customers.
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager.
**SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE**:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Someone with limited experience, but working towards an AAT qualification will be considered.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to problem solve.
