Part Time Bookkeeper/accounts Administrator

Honiton, United Kingdom Heron Ventures Ltd Full time

This role requires 8 hours of work/week on a flexible basis, working from home and would suit someone with other commitments. You must be local as there is some paperwork that will need to be collected once a week.

Main duties include:

- Processing purchase invoices, scanning and filing paperwork
- Supplier payments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Maintaining supplier records
- Booking in accounts, VAT and tax return information on receipt and identifying missing information. Chase up outstanding client paperwork
- Processing staff expenses & supporting payroll
- Matching the bank feeds
- Delivering Month-end journals

Attributes, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good typing skills
- A positive attitude, friendly and personable
- Resilient, able to multi-task and work independently / flexibly
- Adaptable, organised and conscientious
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with online bookkeeping
- Experience of Quickbooks

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
