**TECHNICAL AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

**Scope of role**:
Responsible for all technical administration and filing, as well as supporting the general office function

**Minimum requirements of the role**:

- IT Skills including, Microsoft Office, Teams.
- Diligent & a completer finisher who understands that all tasks must be completed in their journey.
- Able to work on their own with a minimum amount of supervision, as well as work within a small but sociable team.
- Previous office experience ideal.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks and projects at the same time
- You will receive training for this role, however you MUST have a detailed approach to your work and the ability to absorb information and learn processes and then deliver these. _

**Responsibilities**

**Tasks Undertaken**

Updating the Devonvale quality management system across the business, ensuring all the QMS documentation is relevant and controlled. Maintain the company quality management system ensuring all procedures and policies are up to date and adhered to.

Assistance with remote supplier approval. Send out SAQ's, review. Maintain supplier approval register..

Assistance with internal specifications & customer specifications. Gathering product information from suppliers, scrutinising information to understand and verify, building specs, liaising with customers and supplier to finalise. Ensure specification information is collated & stored in product folders & reviewed.

Legal artwork checks for retail packaging, case labels and other material required. Check design against the specification and legislation, send to suppliers, manage comments from printers and suppliers. Liaise with customers, artwork agencies and repro houses.

QAS assistance. Help Operations Manager with any QAS work and filing as necessary.

Completion of customer SAQ's and other questionnaires. New customer requests and review of existing documentation. Manage information from suppliers to customers

Customer complaint/non-conformance management. Maintaining customer complaint database, reviewing complaints, investigating root cause for serious complaints, liaison with supplier and customer, completing monthly and annual complaint reports.

Organise product testing. Ensure product testing is completed in line with the schedule.

General office duties. In addition, all daily office duties associated with general administration and providing office cover.

Good Business Communication. You will be accountable to ensure all relevant parties, including Office staff, MD, Operations Manager, Bakery Planning Manager, Head of Finance and Warehouse person are communicated with effectively and efficiently.
