Job Title: Sales Administrator
- This is a pivotal role in our fast moving, rapidly growing business. The key elements of the role are below, requiring an ability to communicate and coordinate with all departments._
- Process orders, following procedures as described in the standard operating procedures.
- Co-ordinate with Planning informing customers of likely timescales for dispatch
- Update customers as necessary with any changes.
- Book transport as necessary.
- Book goods out on to the stock control system paying particular attention to batch details.
- Raise relevant paperwork (despatch and invoicing)
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer queries.
- Ensure that prices are correct on the system, including customer promotions.
- **General Office Duties**_
- As we are a small team, we work together to ensure that the office runs smoothly, however you may be asked to take ownership of some tasks. Examples of the type of work expected include:_
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they sign in/out.
- Ensure telephone calls and the entrance bell are answered in a timely manner.
- Deal effectively with incoming and outgoing post.
- Monitor office supplies and order stationery as required.
- Keep office tidy (bins / mugs / cardboard etc)

- Being a team player with excellent communication skills
- Having a ‘can do’ attitude
- Being able to think clearly when everything changes
- Having excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of ms office such as word and excel.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
