**Hours**:8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday

**Key Focus**: Reporting to the Head of SHEQ, the Administrator's role will be to support the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) team with administrative duties

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining records, such as statutory inspections of equipment, procedures, various compliance forms and spreadsheets, and KPI's
- Support users of management systems such as IAuditor, to ensure it is maintained and effective
- Collate and prepare minutes, monthly statistics, and slides for the board and health and safety committee within time frames stated. Minute taking and actions
- Collating and managing first aid facilities and first aiders for all premises and operational teams
- Maintaining registers of Fire Wardens, and assisting with fire alarm testing / fire drills as require
- Conduct DSE Assessments and manage the eye testing voucher scheme
- Collate and track incident investigations. Assist SHEQ Team with investigations and undertake lower level investigations
- Assist the Head of SHEQ in the development and delivery of quality systems and coordinating audits. Undertake routine checks and balances for compliance and audits
- Ensure Health and Safety Information Systems are updated and maintained.
- Support SHEQ Team in the development of documents, training material and processes as required
- Respond appropriately and professionally to external and internal queries

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 2+ years in an administrative role (desirable)
- Confident and proficient with technology
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Essential to work well within teams and to be able to self-motivate

- Be an engaging, communicative individual able to liaise at all levels of a business and work with a collaborative approach
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change that will drive improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
