**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Deliver efficient and accurate administrative services to the Fire Safety Compliance team.
- **Customer Service**: Provide a high-quality, customer-focused experience in all interactions.
- **Contractor Coordination**: Maintain strong working relationships with our partnering contractors and support their performance.
- **Meeting Participation**: Actively contribute to contractor review meetings to ensure service excellence.
- **Data Management**: Use IT systems effectively to manage compliance data and support cyclical fire safety works.

This role is being offered on a** part time**, **permanent** basis working **21 hours** per week. The working pattern is flexible and can be discussed at interview stage. Hybrid working is available for this role working 2 - 3 days per week in the Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon office, dependent on business need.
- Experience and understanding of cyclical compliance works and the delivery to tenanted residential properties.
- Proficient working knowledge of IT software and ability to understand bespoke systems.
- Experience of working in affordable housing or a related field.
