**Salary**:Up to £27,000

**Hours**:Permanent, full time.

**Description**: The Supply Chain & Purchasing Administrator is responsible for accurately and timely processing the daily input into the company ERP system for all purchases and stock related activities. Understanding the importance of accuratedata entry and record keeping is key to this role.

Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with all other departments are essential, along with having a well-organised, methodical approach, to ensure company requirements and deadlines are met.

**Reporting to theHead of Supply Chain, your duties will include**:

- Raising queries where appropriate and ensuring resolutions are applied
- Organising and maintaining Procurement and Stock Control files and information in a well-structured and accessible manner
- Accurate transactional input, data maintenance, and record keeping
- Adhering to procedures and workflows ensuring that the Supply Chain function is always performing to meet the requirements of the company
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Taking ownership of selected tasks assigned by Head of Supply Chain
- Updating data against KPIs'
- Ensuring the Supply Chain delivers best value for the company

**Your qualifications & experience**:

- Strong understanding of procurement
- Experience in creating purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular, (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas) and ability to present the results
- Strong data organisation and entry skills
- Experience in fluid hands-on environment, either in start-ups or in a fast-growing SME
- Methodical, procedure driven, well organised, ability to prioritise
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving, flexible attitude
- Clean full driving license
