Learning Curve Group are one of the UK's most passionate training providers and as such we practice what we preach We are looking for an apprentice to join the People Function and provide administrative support to the Talent, HR, Health & Safety and L&D teams at our Head Office in Spennymoor.

**Role Information**
- As a central service, you will support this broad range of teams by providing administrative support on a range of topics / issues. This can include some complex administration work including taking notes in HR meetings, to booking inductions and also onboarding new employees through processing DBS checks and processing references.

This is a varied role where you will require the following skills:

- Good communication - written & verbal
- IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Organisation Skills

**DUTIES**
- Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Work with the team to provide administrative support across HR & Recruitment
- Take ownership of the onboarding of new employees which includes right to work checks, processing DBS' & taking references
- Provide reception cover when needed
- Meet, greet and sign in all visitors in accordance with company policy and safety requirements
- Adhere to the building’s security procedures, reporting any issues to the relevant person
- Administer postal services including deliveries/collections by courier
- Support with new starter inductions including arranging travel and accommodation
- Conduct your role in line with the company values & expected behaviours

- Comply with Safeguarding, Prevent and Health & Safety policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times
- Ensure confidentiality and professional at all times
- Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice and guidance as part of your every day role.

**What Apprenticeship Training Will You Receive?**

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
- You will be taught through:

- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
- The course is approx. 14 month long program with 4 extra months in gateway (18 months int otla)

**Essentia Criteria**
