As a **Junior Customer Service Advisor**, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing helpful, friendly, and professional support. - Provide high-quality customer service at marketing events and face-to-face campaigns

- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the customer journey
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
