We pride ourselves on truly understanding the needs of our members and we work closely with our partners to offer products such as breakdown cover and motorhome insurance, giving our customers peace of mind when enjoying a stay on one of our many campsites.
We are currently recruiting for a Member Services Administrator to join our hard-working Operations Team, based at our Coventry head office.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Process the day-to-day administration requirements for Club Member Service products and partnerships
- Handle all administration relating to franchising and sending out all relevant correspondence, as required
- Reviewing relevant documents, ensuring both the information is accurate and grammatically correct
- Ensuring that all enquires are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner
- Being the point of reference on the benefits and operation for all Member Service products and partnerships
- Support the administration requirements for the Head of Network Performance
- Experience in administration with strong planning and organisational skills
- Highly Organised and excellent attention to detail
