Property Administrator

Founded in 1901, The Club is the oldest and largest in the world for all forms of camping. We operate a network of more than 100 UK campsites, providing fantastic locations and facilities to customers who holiday in tents, caravans, and motorhomes.
**Daily duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Matching and checking orders to invoices received and coding to correct budget
- Support and coordinate the 'helpdesk’ function for repair requests
- Ensuring master tender lists are maintained and up to date
- Updating orders on Excel and providing reports on spend against budget
- Liaising with Operations to confirm Council Tax payable and processing bills
- Assisting the team in checking and processing rent invoices against lease agreements
- Updating of Property Management Access Database and producing reports
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externall
- Competent with Microsoft packages
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working in the property industry and liaising with contractors, is desirable
