As the governance administrator, you will be working closely with the Governance and Risk Manger to ensure stable governance across Callisto. This includes governance relating to customer interactions, change management, risk management, invoicing andany other areas that fall under the Governance and Risk Manager.
The Governance Administrator will join teleconferences, face to face meetings, and take the day-to-day lead for updating and sharing documented progress.

Essential
- Highly organised
- Numerate and literate with a good general level of education
- Experience of using Microsoft and / or Google products particularly Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good Customer service skills and communication - written and verbal
- Stays calm when dealing with multiple tasks
- Considers a range of options to select the best course of action
- Strives to understand different customers’ needs and perspectives
- Self-Motivated
Desirable
- A sound knowledge set of the utilities industry and processes
- Advanced Microsoft and / or Google product knowledge especially for Excel / Sheets
- Experience with Jira / Agile Change Methodologies
- Experience of invoice management
