**Corporate Campaigns, Content & Channel Manager**

**Job purpose**
To produce and publish cut through content for our external channels - including our corporate website, LinkedIn and Twitter. Manage our channels and content news flow calendar to reach the right people with the right messages in the right format through theright channels. Use data and insight to constantly improve output, reach and impact.
**Scope of the role**
Works closely with the Head of External Communications, External Communications Business Partners and Officers, the wider Corporate Affairs department and content creators across our family of accountable businesses and key functions as marketing/Masterbrandand People team
**Channel Management**
- Working with the Head of External Comms to develop the refreshed strategy and governance for our external corporate communication channels including the corporate website and corporate social channels.
- Manage the day to day operations, CMS and publishing schedule of our Corporate website - working with page owners across the business including Corporate Governance to ensure the site is up-to-date with our regulatory disclosures and acts as a brilliantshop window to our corporate brand and transformation.
- Work with the Head of External Comms to deliver our financial calendar activity across our channels.
- Work in partnership with Marketing, People, CEO Comms Manager and Customer Service teams to deliver a co-ordinated and planned social media strategy with consistent content, tone of voice and SLAs across corporate & consumer channels.
- Build strong working relationships with social media account managers e.g. LinkedIn - to ensure we are utilising new and existing features and functionality to help best tell our story
- Manage the relationship with IT and corporate website provider - ensuring activity on time and on budget.
- Manage any upgrades and refreshes for our corporate digital footprint and channels

**Content creation**
Manage the end-to-end creation of content for external channels taking briefs from wider corporate affairs department & wider business - generating ideas for turning messages, communication and campaign objectives into stand out content. With the support ofan in-house team of production assistant specialist you will:

- Develop, source, create and commission content assets such as graphics, videos, infographics, podcasts, blogs, Vlogs, photography and animation
- Maintain up-to-date digital and channel knowledge and keep abreast of content trends, best practice and emerging technologies
- Working with support of production assistants to manage shoot logistics - liaising with stores/sites/supplies to book requirements and props etc.
- Editing and copywriting text and materials and creating high impact presentations/videos for external events - such as financial results
- Publishing content on digital channels; complying with governance processes for approvals and sign off
- Manage our relationship with external stakeholders including creative agencies.

**Campaign amplification**
- Support the Head of External Comms to deliver our 12 month-rolling campaign plan across our external channels.
- Support a co-ordinated social media strategy across leadership and wider colleagues to amplify campaign activity

**Planning & co-ordination**
- Make data-led decisions to continuously improve our internal communications strategy and drive results. Use analytics and metrics to develop stories and maximise reach
- Championing our brand guidelines to ensure we're all communicating consistently as one family
- Attend and participate in weekly content planning meetings lead by Head of External Comms to agree production requirements
- Responsible for management of external content publishing calendar
- Measurement
- Engagement and reach based on agreed metrics for owned channels

**Key skills**
5+ years' experience in a similar role in a fast-paced FMCG business or agency. Retail experience desirable.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
- A digital native who keeps on top of key trends and innovations able to drive the 'tik-tokification' of video content
- Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative content that speaks to, and gains traction with, target audiences
- A strong storyteller who is able to develop content for a range of external channels and who understands that great content is more than just great copy
- Multi-media expertise and editing skills
- Ability to digest information quickly and meet tight deadlines across several projects
- Highly organised, strong project manager with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable drawing on a matrix of support to deliver objectives
