You will ensure that high-quality compliant and audience-centric content is produced published and amplified across our channels to support business goals marketing objectives and customer engagement strategies.What you will be doing:Lead the full content creation workflow ensuring timely high-quality and compliant content delivery.Manage Content Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content matrices and campaign calendars.Shape and support campaign development integrating behaviour change principles into content and messaging.Develop and implement multi-channel content distribution strategies to maximise reach and engagement.Oversee content campaign projects managing timelines workflows and cross-functional coordination.Analyse content performance metrics and use insights to optimise content processes and distribution strategies.Drive continuous processimprovement maintain content standards and enhance team capabilities through training and leadership.Your new departmentThe Customer Engagement team acts as the bridge between the business and customers driving commercial excellence through consistent high-quality interactions that deliver measurable business outcomes. The team leads digital customer engagement leveraging channels analytics and automation to personalise reach and engagement at scale. Creating content and resources that educate and support customers across the journey using cus-tomer and performance data to continuously refine messaging and offerings. By embedding data-driven insights rigorous performance tracking and best-practice processes the team drives performance and excellence in execution across the business.Your skills & qualificationsWe are looking for a dynamic collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environ-ments and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You excel at guiding teams influencing stakeholders and navigating complex content workflows with confidence. With strong people-management skills and a passion for driving high-quality content that truly im-pacts behaviour you bring both the expertise and the leadership presence needed to elevate our content capabilities across the organisation.You will bring:5 years of experience in content marketing content management or project man-agement with a focus on content delivery is a must-have.Strong knowledge of content marketing principles SEO audience engagement and behaviour change methodologies.Proven experience leading or mentoring teams and collaborating with diverse stake-holders.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong analytical abilities using data to inform decisions and optimise processes.Familiarity with tools like Veeva Vault Veeva PromoMats marketing automation plat-forms and content analytics.Working at Novo NordiskEvery day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
