As a Contact Centre Agent at HBSUK, you will be part of an exciting and growing team. You will play a vital role in the successful delivery of World Class Customer Service to our clients and patients. This is a dynamic position, where you can really make a difference by contributing to the growth and development of our Centre of Excellence.
- Deliver an excellent client experience, putting patients at the heart of everything we do,
- Lead by example and be part of a team dynamic that strives to be the best,
- Respond effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner to a wide range of client & patient enquiries,
- Achieve targets and KPI’s set out by the Contact Centre Team Leader,
- Ensure all procedures, rules and regulatory compliance standards are adhered to,
- Convey information in a clear and concise way,
- Engage with clients to handle enquiries and client issues,
- Identify problems and offer the best solutions.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Prior experience working within a customer service / call centre role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a personable approach
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Proficient within MS Office Inc. Excel, Word, and Power Point with some practical experience
- Excellent work ethic and driven to exceed client expectations.
- Positive and pro-active ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.
**Desirable**:
- An interest in the healthcare industry

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham, NG15 0DT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
