Contact Centre Agent

As a Contact Centre Agent at HBSUK, you will be part of an exciting and growing team. You will play a vital role in the successful delivery of World Class Customer Service to our clients and patients. This is a dynamic position, where you can really make a difference by contributing to the growth and development of our Centre of Excellence.

Please note: This is a hybrid role. You will have to be within commutable distance to Annesley.

To be considered for the the role you will require the following:

Essential Criteria;

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

  • GCSE's

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience working within a customer service / call centre role

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a personable approach
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Proficient within MS Office Inc. Excel, Word, and Power Point with some practical experience

OTHER JOB-RELATED REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent work ethic and driven to exceed client expectations
  • Positive and pro-active 'can do' attitude with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary

Desirable;

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

OTHER

  • An interest in the healthcare industry

Within this position, you will mainly be;

  • Deliver an excellent client experience, putting patients at the heart of everything we do
  • Lead by example and be part of a team dynamic that strives to be the best
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls to support patients with our full range of services from triage to discharge
  • Respond effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner to a wide range of client & patient enquiries
  • Achieve targets and KPI's set out by the Contact Centre Team Leader
  • Ensure all procedures, rules and regulatory compliance standards are adhered to
  • Convey information in a clear and concise way
  • Engage with clients to handle enquiries and client issues
  • Identify problems and offer the best solutions
