Our Customer Experience team is growing, and we are on the lookout for individuals with sales experience who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service for our Contact Centre Executive role.

As our Contact Centre Executive, you’ll be actively contacting our existing customers whose vehicles are due for a service, MOT, & follow up work along with offering and selling service plans. Customer service is key in this role to ensure we deliver the very best care to our customers through effective relationship building with customer satisfaction at the forefront of your approach. You will have a strong desire to upsell products & services that meet the customer's needs.

This is a Hybrid role, with a requirement to work from Head Office every Tuesday & Wednesday.

**You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with**:

- Build rapport, provide excellent customer service skills, and understand the customer’s requirements.  
- Working towards daily & monthly targets and KPI’s.
- Prospecting existing Customers whose vehicles were due MOT, Service or Repair work.
- Offering and selling service plans & products
- Understanding Data Protection and GDPR legislation

- Sales Experience within a target driven environment
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Quick learner - excellent with computer and systems knowledge
- Calm under pressure

Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:30

Laptop and any equipment will be provided but the ability to work from home and have internet usage is essential
