**Administration Assistant**
C.L. Jones is a local, family-run builder’s merchant with over 40 years successful trading in North Wales and 7 branches across Gwynedd, Anglesey and Conwy.
We are currently looking for a bright and passionate individual to provide administrative support to our Finance and Administration department. The role will suit a confident self-starter, who has an eye for detail and has the ability and willingness to learn and grow with the role.
**The role**:
This a great opportunity to step into a versatile role within a rapidly expanding business, where you will benefit from excellent training and a great potential for progression in the future. As an Administration Assistant you will gain valuable experience while working across a range of disciplines within the business. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties and data entry, working closely with the Finance and Administration team to ensure the smooth running of the administrative processes providing support where needed.
**Primary Duties / Typical daily tasks**:
- Maintaining and up keeping of product data in the system
- Accurate inputting of new product data
- General administrative support for the Finance / Administration department
**Essential skills and experience**:
- Strong IT and numeracy skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Platforms (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn
- Eligible to work full-time in the UK
**Desirable**:
- A mind for numbers and passion for orderly data
- Experience of working in a busy office-based environment
- Understanding of accounting basics
- Finance or Business qualifications or enthusiasm to learn
