At Johnston Security Limited we have over 30 years of experience supplying security hardware solutions across all of Ireland. We are currently looking for a high energy individual with experience in the administrative sector, to join our team. We strive to provide a high quality, competitive service to all our clientele, through strong productivity and exceptional customer relationship.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to work a minimum of 15 hours a week who is detail-oriented and organised to join our team. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing support by performing various tasks, including data entry, accounts payable, and using Sage accounting software.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing expenses
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile bank statements
- VAT returns, UK/ROI
- Monitor Accounts mailbox and respond appropriately
**Skills**:
- Proven working knowledge of Sage software is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £10,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
