**Essential Criteria**
- Mathematics & English Grade C & ABOVE.
- Experience of working in fast paced office environment and working with internal and external customers & suppliers.
- Purchase Ledger.
- Computer literacy, word, excel, spreadsheets, typing speed & accuracy, data capture.

**Job purpose**:
Scheduling Administrator, you will be joining a global manufacturer specialising in export of their product worldwide.

Our Client supply to major organisations and their business has grown significantly leading to investment in new machinery and expansion to their state of the art site based in Bangor.

Purpose of the role you will be the main link between customers, suppliers, production, and sales teams, as you will supply quotations, process orders and carrying out sales & production admin related paperwork efficiently.

We are looking for an individual with a good ability to prioritise, as you will be working with multiple means of communications. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as collating production and sales data, along with any other general admin.

Main duties will include but not limited to:

- Order processing, data input onto in-house computer system.
- Monitor repeat orders and support with sales communication to customers.
- Complete the stock take and input all data onto system.
- Deal with all customer queries and supplier non-conformances
- Maintain compliance records.
- Assist with production planning and channel information to the Production Scheduler for ordering of stock.
- This role requires strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel

Desired criteria:

- Educated to at least GCSE level Experience with Microsoft software (particularly Excel)
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative role
