Overview

We’re growing quickly We have an excellent opportunity for a Talent Partner to join our expanding Operations team, and play a key role in developing the company's talent strategy and culture. We’ve grown from 20 to 40 employees in the past 12 months, risingto c100 employees in 2 years, together with a rapidly growing network of freelance and associate talent. This is a real opportunity to build something. You will play a dual role across talent acquisition and internal talent development, and, as we continueto expand globally, nurture our culture as a key driver for success.

Key responsibilities

Talent acquisition:
Supporting the Talent Manager with devising and implementing innovative recruitment strategies across volume, specialist and senior hires. Your focus will be on both employee and freelance roles. Proactively resource against live vacancies, across a rangeof specialisms including management consultancy/strategy, creative, commercial and central functions. Take full end-to-end ownership of vacancies and pipeline activities, from benchmarking, taking a brief, attraction, assessment, offer stage and onboarding.Build trust and expertise, as we drive towards our optimum direct/time/cost hiring ambitions.

Internal talent development:
Supporting the Talent Manager to define and implement a wide range of talent initiatives. Our current projects include employer brand, EVP, performance and development, culture, workforce planning, reward and recognition, employee engagement, diversity andinclusion, wellbeing and L&D. Play an active role in setting and managing our annual talent budget. Responsible for accurately reporting key talent metrics to the wider business, including (but not limited to) hiring, retention, inclusion, diversity and belonging,whilst ensuring the Talent team embraces a datadriven approach. Ad-hoc support to the Talent and broader Operations team.

Skills and experience:
You will have previous in-house talent experience, ideally with exposure to both acquisition and internal development. You will have supported on a wide range of initiatives, being ready to take on more ownership of projects and strategy developments. Weare open on your industry sector, preferring exposure to a good broad functional mix.

Highly efficient and organised - able to manage self and others to multiple project deadlines with the tenacity and confidence to ensure all stakeholders are aware of and meet requirements to agreed timescales. Absolute attention to detail and good commandof English (verbal and written). Ability to quickly build meaningful relationships at all levels. A true team player, ability to work cross-functionally. Intellectually curious, genuinely interested ('sponge’, not 'rock’). Naturally consultative; seeking firstto understand, then to be understood. Authentic and true to oneself.

**Requirements**:
This is a full-time role with flexible working from home and based at our offices located in London.
