**Senior Talent Manager - £60-65k + bonus - London/Hybrid**This is the most amazing opportunity to join a global insights technology business at the forefront of data, research and knowledge services delivered through their global platform.
Having a strong foundation and operating out of 11 global offices, they are about to kick into hypergrowth following recent investment.**The Role**
You’ll take the lead on talent acquisition across the global offices working with the Head of HR and Talent. Together you’ll be setting the strategy for talent acquisition and put together the plans and setting headcount numbers.
You’ll partner with Hiring Managers to help grow their teams, adding value and implementing best practice.
You’ll line manager a small team of Talent Specialists.
**What we’re looking for**
We’re obviously looking for a good track record in recruitment. A mix of agency and in-house would be ideal with some exposure to digital/tech recruitment. You’ll be driven, passionate, a good problem solver and great at communications as you’ll be dealingwith stakeholders across the globe.**Interested?
