**Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor**(initial 12-month FTC, likely to go permanent).
Hybrid working (3&2).
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand the needs of stakeholders and hiring managers, advising managers on appropriate tools to use and processes to follow
- Manage and attend Head Office interviews, providing feedback on their interview technique to help improve the experience
- Work with line managers to ensure there is an effective induction plan in place for new starters
- Work with line managers to target top talent in the industry, headhunting (e.g. LinkedIn) and pipelining where appropriate
- Own the relationship with agencies, overseeing the PSL and ensuring the right agencies are engaged where needed, ensuring the budget is well managed
- Support recruitment projects in line with agreed timelines and sourcing methodologies
- Work with the wider HR team to understand the relative strengths and gaps in our current teams to target specific skillsets during recruitment
- Lead on our partnerships with universities and apprenticeship providers to successfully manage placement schemes and recruitment programmes
- Analyse employee and recruitment trends; provide insights and ideas to ensure we maximise opportunity and limit risk

**_Experience Required_**:

- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies and deadlines at any given time
- Demonstrable experience of working in and enjoying a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication with stakeholders of all levels with the ability to advise, guide and train on recruitment best practices
- Ability to research and present meaningful data and reports

**_Technical Skills_**:

- Fully proficient with MS Office
- Previous experience using an ATS
- Proficient in using LinkedIn as a search tool
