With new market entries planned across Europe, they’re strengthening their Talent function and looking for a highly proactive Talent Partnerships & Insights Manager to sit within their Global Centre of Excellence. This is a high-visibility role working closely with SLT, focused on delivering strategic talent insights, managing agencies and search partners, and supporting global talent initiatives - without owning day-to-day recruitment delivery. Ideal for someone coming from exec search or a top agency who loves relationships, intelligence, mapping and market insight. The Role: Managing end-to-end delivery of global talent projects across recruitment channels and high-potential talent engagement Owning and nurturing relationships with top executive search and specialist agency partners Providing deep talent market intelligence - mapping, competitor insights, trends and high-impact presentations for senior leadership Defining project scope, KPIs, timelines and ensuring global programmes land on time and in line with business priorities Partnering closely with TA Delivery, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Brand and external vendors to support effective project delivery Leading governance sessions, workshops and regular stakeholder updates across global and regional teams Developing frameworks, toolkits and best practices to create consistency and quality across multiple countries Supporting talent innovation, employer brand activity and enhancements to the global candidate experience What they're looking for: Strong background in executive search, agency or talent consulting - someone with market knowledge, networks and strategic insight Excellent vendor and partnership management skills, able to influence and drive value from senior search partners Naturally curious, analytical and confident producing insight-led reports, mapping and board-level presentations Highly organised with strong project management capability Resourceful, proactive and able to navigate complexity in a large international organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
