The RoleThis 12‑month FTC position seeks a Talent Partnership Manager to lead our global celebrity, creator and ambassador programmes for the 2026 season (S12). The role is that of a cultural connector positioned to present Formula E as a progressive, youth‑driven, culture‑shaping sport. You will own strategy, negotiation, creative ideation and hosting of high‑profile talent across our worldwide race calendar. ResponsibilitiesLead the S12 global talent strategy.Oversee full‑cycle partnership management, including casting, negotiation and contracting for high‑profile talent (celebrities, athletes, creators) across key markets.Maintain long‑term relationships aligned with Formula E’s values of sustainability and innovation.Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Digital to brief and deliver impactful talent activations.Develop culturally resonant concepts (music, fashion, film, sport) to drive measurable reach and engagement across all channels.Attend priority global races to host and manage all attending talent and ambassadors (up to 150 guests per season). Lead on‑site logistics, hospitality and schedules to ensure seamless experiences and maximum content capture.Act as the primary on‑ground liaison for all talent teams.Manage the global activation budget, track race‑by‑race spend and reconcile accounts.Develop and present performance reports and dashboards (CPI, CPE, engagement) to senior leadership.Serve as central point of contact between internal teams, senior leadership, external agencies (PR, influencer) and talent representatives (managers, agents). Qualifications6+ years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or entertainment partnerships for a global brand or agency.Proven track record negotiating and activating high‑profile talent across film, music, fashion and sport.Strategically minded, budget‑disciplined, highly organised and adept at stakeholder management.Deep understanding of youth culture and the global entertainment landscape.
