We're now looking for a
Talent & Partnerships Director
to sit at the centre of it all - working across both our
Talent Management
and
Partnerships
teams to drive growth, innovation, and creative excellence.

The Role

  • Lead Across Teams
  • Work with and inspire both Talent Management and Partnerships, aligning strategy and delivery to bring out the best in our people and creators.
  • Shape Growth
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure top-tier brand partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, live events, and emerging platforms.
  • Champion Creators
  • Support our roster in building long-term, meaningful careers — from content to commerce, IP ventures to live experiences.
  • Be the Bridge
  • Bring creators and brands together with ideas that feel fresh, relevant, and results-driven.
  • Spot What's Next
  • Stay ahead of trends, using insights to drive innovation across the agency.
  • Lead with Impact
  • Mentor your team, set the standard for excellence, and help make Upload the industry benchmark for talent and partnership management.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in
    Talent Management
    or
    Brand Partnerships
    , ideally within the creator, entertainment, or media space at a senior level is essential.
  • Strong commercial instincts and trusted relationships across brands, agencies, and platforms.
  • A strategic thinker who can see the big picture, and the details that make it happen.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, creative environment where collaboration and adaptability are key.
  • Genuine passion for creator culture and the opportunities shaping the digital landscape.
