Talent Assistant

to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Agency Director, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship within a highly respected agency at the forefront of culture and influencer marketing.

The Role

As a
Talent Assistant

, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our talent roster, driving brand partnerships, and supporting campaign execution. You'll be both a relationship-builder and a creative strategist, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for our talent and agency.

This role is ideal for someone eager to fast-track their career in talent management and influencer marketing, becoming a key decision-maker within a boutique agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management

:
- Support and manage selected exclusive talents across content strategy, gifting opportunities, event invites, and publicity.
- Act as day-to-day contact, ensuring talent are aligned with their brand positioning and growth objectives.

  • Brand Partnerships

:
- Pitch brand collaborations to existing clients and secure new partnership opportunities.
- Proactively source and develop new brand relationships through LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry networking.
- Write compelling content briefs, brand proposals, and partnership decks.

  • Campaign Execution

:
- Manage influencer campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Talent Scouting

:
- Continuously scout emerging talent across social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Lead outreach, negotiations, and onboarding of new talent to expand our exclusive roster.

  • Market & Culture Insights

:
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural movements across fashion, beauty, luxury, music, art, sport, and film.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance talent strategies and brand collaborations.

About You

  • 1 year minimum experience in
    talent management

and/or
influencer marketing

.
- Deep passion for the
creative industries

— especially fashion, beauty, luxury, music, art, sport, and film.
- Strong understanding of
social media platforms

, influencer ecosystems, and brand positioning within premium markets.
- Culturally curious — always up to date with TikTok trends, emerging talent, and what's new in fashion, pop culture, and digital media.
- Excellent
communication

and
negotiation

skills — confident in managing relationships with talent, brands, and partners.
- A proactive, autonomous worker with a positive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable writing content briefs, proposals, and using tools like
Canva

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
