Treasury Manager

**The Role** As Treasury Manager your primary role will be Multi-currency Group cash management including day to day operational requirements, mitigating risk and development of best practice treasury processes. **What you will be doing?** Your main responsibilities will include; - Daily monitoring of liquidity, and regular update of rolling 13 week cash forecast. - Manage the day to day banking requirements, including but not limited to - Movement of cash within Group accounts - Reviewing and processing supplier payments, payroll and expenses, HMRC transfers, advances and other payments as required - Credit card payments and timely receipt of invoices - Direct Debit process - Manage the ID facility including daily availability, draw down, monthly bank reconciliation and covenant compliance - Develop the forecasting model - Work closely with the Finance, Commercial and Sales to produce intelligible commentary backed up by detailed analytical review - Manage international accounts including regional compliance - Manage administration of FX contracts - Lead the production of treasury reporting for management and statutory accounts - Monitor the loans, scheduling timely repayments and reconcile account balances - Review the daily and month end bank reconciliations, and verify posting of exceptional items - Administer user access of bank and credit card accounts - Manage the direct debit process - Settle monthly intercompany balances - Advance scheduling of payments and maintain approvers list - Assist with ad hoc work The above list is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post. **What is needed?** - Confident and articulate - Qualified accountant - Experience of working as a Treasury Manager in a multinational corporation preferably with transformation experience - Experience of FX risk management and cash management - Experience of invoice discounting - Excellent attention to detail - Strong MS Office skills; Excel (mandatory), PowerPoint and Word - Highly motivated, excellent communication skills and a confident decision maker - Ability to meet demanding deadlines and adapt quickly to changing business needs - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to develop good working relationships (internal functions & external stakeholders) - High level of personal integrity and professionalism - Self-starter, ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team **Desired** - AMCT - High performing individual with solid career progression - Positive, confident, "glass is half full" personality - Good 'soft skills’ and emotional intelligence - Conscientious, flexible, hands-on and the ability to work to deadlines **The Company** This is CAE - Our goal is to be recognised as the most trusted and valued IT infrastructure solutions provider, and be chosen by our customers, partners and everyone in the CAE family, because of our unique understanding, total commitment and positive engagement.
