Treasury Accountant

As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Accounts Department as a Treasury Accountant at our Head Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

The Treasury Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day liquidity management of the Group and will be responsible for the management and reporting of the Group’s cashflow and forecasts and implementation of the treasury management function. This newlycreated role will also include responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance within the Group.

They will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and will have previous Treasury and Accounting experience. They will be highly proficient in the use of Excel and will report directly to the Group Financial Controller on all matters.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

- **Preparation and review of cashflows and forecasts**:

- **Identification of Groups investment strategies.**:

- **Monitoring and reporting on the Group’s cash requirements.**:

- **Ensuring sufficient funding to meet operational requirements.**:

- **Ensuring all Group regulatory requirement are satisfied, and reporting requirements met.**:

- **Overseeing key banking relationships.**:

- **Other analysis and reporting as required by business needs**

Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience.
