Sales Support Coordinator

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our hugely successful KIA Dealership in Coulsdon is looking to recruit a new Sales Support Coordinator

About the position

You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.A large part the Sales Support Coordinator position involves:

- Working closely with the Aftersales Manager and wider Team to support the presentation of Car Stock on the forecourt and also online
- Prepare all photos of stock for representation online
- Liaise with valeting team to ensure all stock is presented correctly
- Maintaining the presentation of all vehicle on the forecort
- Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
- Maintain systems and procedures in line with department operating standards and utilise them appropriately.
- Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work
- To control the movement and security of all vehicles on site
- To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles

About our requirements

We expect our new Sales Support Coordinator to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

- Customer awareness.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Full driving license.
