We are a niche market holiday company specialising in Scuba Diving Holidays. We are leaders in Red Sea and Philippines diving holidays and have a broad range of worldwide locations we offer.
**Role Overview**
We need someone to help deliver our product and marketing activities and help build the future of the business.
The role will entail undertaking a broad range of product admin and marketing/media tasks;
- Marketing
- Adding names to the mailing list from website and and booking enquiries
- Undertaking pricing checks and supporting marketing team with any needs and ad-hoc tasks
- Product
- Ability to set-up hotel, diving, liveaboard and excursion products to a good standard for the sales team
- Support team with delivery of product management plan
- Manage the golden source documents
- Write web content for review and approval by sales and marketing
- Ability to update media packs from supplier data, communicate with marketing and sales for review
- Product Finance Admin
- Executing day to day activities for the product manager / marketing exec
- Requesting contracts, quote prices, info for websites and then updating website
- Supporting team with ad-hoc requests
- Entering prices to systems and checking tour pricing in the quote system
- Contract review and highlight key areas for pricing
- Reservations Admin
- Build sample quotes for marketing, system flow checks
- Supporting sales team with itinerary building
- Ability to fix system issues when products not coming up on searches for sales team
**Person Skills for the Role**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service approach and mindset
- Ability to use excel
- Ability to write web content in good quality English
- Good with systems and data
- Team player and natural supportive team member
- Interested in the travel business, we sell lots of Philippines holidays so great to have local timezone support for clients when traveling
- Good with basic maths to calculate profit and margins
**Hours and Location**
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 10am to 2-4PM - 20-30 hours per week
Rate of pay:
- Starting rate of £11.50 per hour / £23,920 PA pro rata.
We also offer:
- 20 days holiday pro-rata + 8 Bank Holidays
- NEST Pension (where qualifying)
**Location**:
- Role is office based in CR5 (Coulsdon)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
