Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for one of our prestigious manufacturing clients based in Coulsdon.
As a **Sales Coordinator** you will be reporting to the Internal Sales Team Leader. You will play an important role in supporting the clients customers.
The main duties of the role include:
- Up/Cross Selling products
- Tender Quote Support (where applicable)
- Pricing Support (when required)
- Call Off Orders
- Appointment setting (when identified)
- Opportunity Management (when identified)
Key Purpose of the Role:
- Order processing within agreed SLA to ensure customers expected delivery of goods are met
- To build brilliant customer relationships that maximise the value created in every customer interaction
- Deliver excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- To carry out any other duties necessary for the smooth running of the function
- Ensure all policies and procedures are always understood/adhered to.
Key Outcomes of the Role
- The ability to work under pressure, to work as a team, always striving to align with the culture of continuous improvement, exceeding expectations, positive disposition & collaboration.
- Experience of working within a busy, fast paced, and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately and within strict timescales

- Ownership of Personal Development and Functional Capability
Essential Qualifications/Experience required:
- 5 GCSE (inc. Math's & English) or equivalent qualifications
- Experience of Delivering Excellent Customer Service
(Industry experience is not necessary)
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in a busy Sales or Customer Service role
- Previous experience in utilising CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamic's, Microsoft's suite of software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning or Construction Industry
This is a permanent role, hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 - however can be slightly flexible with the starting hours, including a 45 minute lunch break. Excellent quarterly bonus scheme based on team performance.
