- To verify that employee locations are correctly entered and up to date in database in order ensure timely payment of the staff’s salary prior payroll monthly cut-off dates.-
- Maintain bank details of employee beneficiaries- Liaise with managers on the monthly submission statement of accounts for month end closing and reconciliations.- Liaison with external parties such as recruitment agents for personnel related operational matters.- Ensure correct certification and documentation in place with recruitment agents- Monitor and effect employee personnel development plan- Monitor the appraisal / assessment of employee personnel performance- Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and company policies.- Enroll staff in the Company Medical plan.- You may be asked from time to time be asked to undertake other tasks that are considered to be relevant to your position.**To find out more information please contact Codie Smith.**
