**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Setting up cases in Cloud based case management system
- arranging onboarding documents to be sent to clients and customers
- dealing with post completion formalities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
