This is about more than sales. At its heart, this role is about people. Understanding what our customers need before they need it, you’ll get to make a real difference to schools, care homes, hospitality venues and more across the UK. As the UK’s largestfoodservice supplier, people rely on us to eat well and keep their businesses running smoothly. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be able to take real pride in that, as you confidently build relationships with customers to make sure we’re catering to their everyneed.
Every day is different here at Brakes. Working in our lively contact centre, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls to help all sorts of customers. It might start with a basic order, but with your influencing skills, talent for negotiation and friendlypersonality, you’ll turn it into more. We’ll provide the tools so you can see what particular customers need but aren’t buying. And you’ll win people over with ease in order to upsell, link sell and achieve a generous and realistic monthly bonus.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll ideally need experience in a target-driven sales or telesales role. To go far with us, you’ll also need to be great listener who can engage people quickly. We also support with ongoing coaching and training options to develop your skills further we’re always looking for people with potential to progress into other roles both within our contact centre and across ourbusiness.
