**Call Centre Operatives**

**Monday - Friday: Rotating Shift Pattern - 8.00AM - 4.00PM/ 9.00AM - 5.00PM / 10.00AM - 6.00PM**

**Pay Rate: £10.99 PER HOUR**

**Day to Day Duties**

Your day to day duties as a Call Centre Operative for our client will be:

- Handling incoming calls with excellent customer service
- Liaising with engineers to ensure efficient job handling
- Assisting with general administration duties, filing, copying, and data entry
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel programs

**Essential Skills**

Essential skills needed as a Call Centre Operative for our client are:

- The ability to work as a team or alone
- Good customer service skills
- Good level of English
- Good work ethic

**Desirable Experience**

Desirable skills needed as a Call Centre Operative for our client are:

- Working within a similar environment
