Working closely with the Clinical Lead youll champion evidence-based approaches such as family-inclusive practice clinical staging and single-session treatment.Youll provide strong leadership to our clinical team supporting supervising and developing staff monitoring performance and fostering a positive and accountable culture. Collaboration is central to this role and youll work alongside consortium partners to deliver integrated services that meet the needs of young people and their families.Beyond clinical leadership youll contribute to business planning and strategy ensuring our services continue to align with our Strategic Plan. Youll also prepare management reports for the Youth Mental Health Manager Executive and external bodies and assist with grant and tender submissions to support future growth.Expertise in evidence-based clinical practice and service delivery.Proven experience in leading and developing staff.Strong skills in collaboration relationship management and stakeholder engagement.A clear understanding of organisational policies procedures and national mental health standards.The ability to balance clinical leadership with strategic and operational priorities.About YouYoure an experienced and compassionate leader with a strong clinical background in youth mental health.
