**Retail Communication Co-ordinator**

***This is an exciting opportunity to work in our fast-paced central operations department.

Retail communication is a busy and rewarding part of our business. You'll be building and executing communication packages to stores by promoting retail communication channels and templates.

You'll be part of the wider Retail Operations Team and you'll be touching content from all areas of the business and supporting our Business Partners to deliver the communication required for stores to implement our corporate Activity Plan.

**_ This job will require On Call weekend shifts._**

**WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Owning, co-ordinating and delivering a comms plan aligned to a Business Partner area
- Proof reading all task management communication and shaping supporting documents to ensure they adhere to corporate brand.
- Ensuring our all-communication channels are published to stores within timelines and content adheres to Asda brand guidelines.
- Support the delivery of the Retail Communications Strategy including managing your own projects and timelines
- Coach all colleagues on available communication channels, templates, and changes.
- Work with our colleagues to gather timely feedback on Retail Communications channels and templates and autopsy process
- Ensure any duplicated content is identified and removed, review opportunities to simplify channels and templates
- Measure effectiveness of communication at ‘the shelf edge' and react to feedback
- Support the administration of the Retail Huddle and Trading Ops call

**ABOUT YOU**:

- ** **We require someone who can be flexible and agile to support a fast-paced retail environment.
- Skilled in written and verbal communication is essential.
- Ability to be creative with writing, systems, and ideas.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in video production and social media management preferred.
- Experience of working in retail preferred.
