We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator - Retail Replenishment Process to join our Retail Transformation team.
As a Project Co-Ordinator you will be working cross functionally to deliver a range of projects and develop supporting tools to improve in store product availability across our store estate.
As part of the wider Central Retail Operations Team this role involves working in home offices as well as in stores too.
**Your role**:
- Support management project scope as defined by Project sponsors to ensure that new projects and initiatives are delivered on time to the agreed standard and budget
- Escalate all current risks against Critical path ensuring resolutions are in place
- Support with the development of the Availability and Replenishment Strategy for Retail, review and develop available tools to help stores deliver the replenishment model
- Identify and address opportunities to make business improvements and develop robust business cases to demonstrate growth opportunities along with operational efficiencies
- Work cross functionally to ensure that Regional and Store teams are provided with all the tools they need to effectively manage any new process and answer queries across replenishment operating model
- Ensure store communication material are effective engaging, relevant, and easy to understand so that our Retail stores can deliver ‘What a Good Job Looks Like' in store for our customers
**About you**:
As this role will involve an aspect of travel across the business, a driving license is considered essential
- Retail experience, ideally with understanding of stock replenishment processes in stores
- Effective stakeholder management skills to facilitate projects cross functionally in Home Office and Asda store environments
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills to effectively perform in role
- Capacity to establish wider business experience and working networks to capture how changes to the Availability model impact the wider store Operating Model and store shape of day
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders including GSM's, SM's, cross-functional teams and peer group
