An exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to work for a dynamic organisation in Central Leeds

£24- £27k depending on experience Full time hours

The Project Coordinator is responsible for co-ordinating the implementation IP and network services, liaising with the technical and sales teams, along with suppliers, to ensure the client and end users are kept updated and informed throughout the lifecycle of a deployment.

The post holder should have a background in coordination combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service. Excellent planning and strong communication skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects are key to the success of this position

Project Planning & Management
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and budget - including quality handover from sales during project initiation and then into our support desk on project.
- Ensuring projects are planned and managed to meet customer requirements, within timescales and budget
- Managing multiple projects (at a variety of budget levels and complexity) effectively through to closure
- Developing and maintaining detailed project management documents to cover all aspects of the delivery including project plans, RAID logs, scope of works, assumptions/dependencies etc to monitor performance and guide all stakeholders on progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Identifying and assigning resource to project tasks based on their skill sets, experience and strengths
- Working effectively with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle for efficient project implementation
- Ensuring that all project snags are documented, followed up and actioned pre-project close down
- Confidence dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders and able to adapt style to suit each
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality installation services with high levels of client satisfaction
- Abiding by specific customer service standards and ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Ensuring you are meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, and that standards and processes are followed to meet internal requirements

Processes and Procedures
- Operating by best practices through the entire deployment process, liaising with stakeholders in all areas from sales to support
- Optimising use of the company's PSA systems, ConnectWise & Salesforce for project planning, management and reporting
- Optimising use of the PMD (project management document) for customer facing project documentation
- Documenting and reporting on lessons learnt following successful completion of a project
- Following up with customers to identify areas of improvement
- Providing customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams (eg Sales / Key Account Managers)
- Advising management on situations that may require additional client support or escalation
- Monitoring project performance and client satisfaction through various feedback methods following successful completion of their project
