We are looking to recruit someone to work for a well known construction company with fantastic opportunities in the Leeds 15 area.
Customer Care Co-ordinator - Temp contract - 5 month+
Full Time office hours - Paying £11-12ph
Based in Leeds 15
You will be based within the busy customer care team providing full support to the team and customers of the business. Some of the key duties will include:
- Liaising with Site Managers and Trades people to co-ordinate work completions
- Co-coordinating the supply of materials as required.
- Dealing with sub contractors on a daily basis and keeping the customer up to date at each stage
- Create PO numbers and process invoices of supplies
The right person for this role will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people.
- Will need to be organised with good administration skills to co-ordinate many issues.
- Will need to be computer literate with MS Office and able to accurately maintain systems and pricing information
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting deadlines and ensuring service levels and targets are met
