**We currently have a vacancy for a Marketing Co-ordinator based in our Leeds city centre office.**

The marketing co-ordinator will join our sales and marketing team, working alongside 5 colleagues and reporting into the Sales and Marketing director.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Writing briefs to execute the work and then co-ordinating the creation of integrated marketing campaigns on market segments to gain new business and build repeat business.
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
- Work with Sales Team and Agency New Business owners to help deliver on campaigns within HubSpot workflows.
- Organise trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events including writing and overseeing proofreading.
- Collate e-newsletter content (internal and external) and wider marketing statistics from Agency New Business Owners and Managers.
- Improve campaigns using data and feedback from previous campaigns.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the agency's business and sector where they compete to support daily communication internally and with the client.
- Knowing the exact status of all campaigns and following up on all detail to ensure everyone involved is kept informed of progress and any changes.
- Responding efficiently to Agency requests and quickly resolving all queries
- Managing and communicating a WIP document that keeps all parties up to date.
- A solid understanding of various available media/channels available to reach our audience, including Social media, print, digital, events and mailings.
- A track record of working with multiple stakeholders and clients to ensure all marketing activity can be delivered on time and within budget.
- An understanding of the importance of brand proposition and guidelines.
- A keen eye for detail and design.
- Excellent proofing skills.
- An awareness of Canva or Illustrator.

**What are we offering?**

The salary range for this role is in the region of £25,000 - £28,500 and this is dependent on skills and experience.
- 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
- 4% pension contribution (if you contribute 5%)
- 9-day fortnight (the option to compress hours to take every other Friday off
